Join a sup fitness class that focuses on technique, interval training or endurance. If you have never paddled before join a beginner paddle technique class that focuses on how the basics of stand up paddle boarding. Stand up paddle boarding is a great way to include exercise into your routine for increased health wellness. If your already into SUP increasing your skills and technique will provide a more efficient way to paddle for long, endurance,adventure paddles. Interval training will increase cardio fitness and provide a full body workout. Interval training can lead to joining 5K paddles to help meet your fitness goals, while having fun, exploring Florida and meeting new friends.

  • Stretch and Flex classes– are on board stretching that impoves overall posture and provides for a post workout recovery

  • Adventure endurance paddles– These are longer distance paddles throughout Florida to explore while getting in more miles.
  • 5K fun race– Put your skills and training to work while checking out new places to paddle. Be part of a community of recreational paddle board racers.
  • Clinics and retreats– to work on special topics in paddle sport. A series of clinics will help to improve turns, footwork as well as paddle techniques. Retreats will be mostly weekend intesives that are designed to enjoy areas of Florida that we can paddle and relax.
